We have arranged with the developer for them to sell 4 apartments to our client at a special price of $2,400 per square meter.
The current price per square meter in the Serene Condominium project starts at $3,500.
Result: The cost of the apartments has increased by 30% during the construction period.
Once the construction is finished, the developer will be in charge of managing these apartments and providing the owner with an annual rental return of 6-9% in currency.

The client was only willing to invest in a premium segment villa.
A 3-bedroom villa was selected for construction in the Botanica Luxury Villas project. Our team, together with the architects of Botanica Luxury Villas, made several modifications to the villa to increase its liquidity on the secondary market: an additional bedroom was added, the living space was optimized, and the villa design was slightly altered.
