1. All necessary geological surveys have been carried out;
2. We have developer design documentation that was approved for construction by the government.
3. The building was placed on the site (geodetic breakdown);
4. The construction site was fenced;
5. A pit for drilling piles has excavated;
6. At the moment, 90% of the pile foundation has been completed;
7. We have received a permit for construction work from the local Government.
8. Preparatory work is underway for the foundation construction.

Start of construction Harmony Condominium

October 28 was a special day for our company — the Monks Ceremony for Harmony Condominium. In tribute to the ancient Thai tradition, Monks blessed the construction and attracted good spirits for bringing harmony and well-being to future residents.
The date of the ritual is quite interesting. The Monks calculated it based on the birth date of our development company CEO. At the same time, the construction process had started a month ago.
The ceremony was attended by the heads of EVG Group and a construction company. They installed the first pоle together, tied it with ribbons and covered it with the earth.
А new stage of our project has begun. It will end in December 2024 with the commissioning of the condominium. Currently, since the start of the construction, 20% of the apartments are available for sale.
